§ 70.605. Fees.

(a)

The subdivider shall pay the fees as set by the village board to the administrator at the time he submits the last item of required information pertaining to the plat/plan in question. The administrator shall promptly cause such fees to be deposited in the village's general corporate fund.

(b)

Subdivider shall also pay a fee equal to the amount charged to the village by Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District for review of said plat. Said fee shall be paid at the time specified in subsection (a) of this section 70.605.
