§ 78-131. Billing.

Bills for the rates and charges for the use of the sewer system shall, at the discretion of the village, be mailed monthly or quarterly as follows:

(1)

Monthly bills shall be prepared and mailed out on or about the first day of the month following the month for which services were incurred. All charges when billed shall be due and payable on the 15th day of the month in which the bill is rendered.

(2)

Quarterly billings shall be prepared and mailed out on or about the first day of the month following the quarter for which services were incurred. These bills shall become due and payable on the 15th day of the month in which the bill is rendered.

All bills shall be payable at the office of the village.
