§ 70-71. Applicability.

Latest version.

This article, or an amendment to this article, shall be applicable to all cable franchises issued by the village, whether or not such franchises were issued prior to the effective date of Ordinance No. 20-94 or an amendment to this article. However, this article shall not act to unilaterally abrogate prior contractual commitments of the village as contained in any franchise agreement.
