§ 62-122. Application for permit.

All applications for permits under the provisions of this article shall be signed by the person who, or duly authorized agent of an entity which, desires to do the work designated in the application. Such application shall not be assignable, and no person or entity shall allow his or its name to be used to obtain a permit for any other person or entity. Applications for this purpose shall be made on forms approved by the village engineer/director of public works.
