§ 62-82. Adoption of state provisions.

The adopt-a-highway program shall be in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Illinois Adopt-a-Highway Act (605 ILCS 120/1—120/100), which is expressly incorporated in this section by reference. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this article, all terms used in this article shall have the meanings stated under section 10 of the Illinois Adopt-a-Highway Act (605 ILCS 120/10).
