§ 58-31. Definitions.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this article, or as the context may require, words and terms used in this article have the meanings ascribed to them in the county residential recycling ordinance and 415 ILCS 15/1 et seq.

(b)

The term "person" means an individual, a firm, a partnership, a corporation, a limited liability company, or any other entity.
