§ 46-40. Operating hours.

Latest version.

The regular operating hours for public usage of park property shall be from sunrise to sunset each day, except for scheduled recreational activities. It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon park property without specific authorization of the park director except during the aforesaid regular operating hours.
