§ 42-114. Penalties.

Any person violating this division shall upon conviction be subject to fine not to exceed $100.00, and in addition thereto or in lieu thereof, a period of community service not to exceed 20 hours, and/or a requirement that the person attend social service classes/programs. Each day upon which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
