§ 18-211. Adoption of International Plumbing Code of 2012 including the 2014 IPSDC.

  • That certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the village clerk, being marked and designated as "International Plumbing Code of 2012, including the 2014 IPSDC." issued and promulgated by the state department of public health, pursuant to the authority of the state plumbing license laws, together with all subsequent amendments, revisions and later editions, is adopted as the plumbing code of the village for the control of buildings and structures as provided in this article; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions, and terms of such code are referred to, adopted and made a part of this article, as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this article.
