§ 80.020. Notice procedures.

Any notice required to be issued under the provisions of this Ordinance will be deemed to be properly served upon the owner of any zone lot, premises, establishment, or other responsible party if it is: (1) served personally on such person or the agent or employee of such person; (2) sent by certified mail by the United States Mail to the last known address of such person; or (3) posted in a conspicuous place on or about the zone lot, establishment, or premises where the subject sign or signs are located.
