§ 80.011. Signs requiring a permit.

No signs, except those which are expressly exempt (section 80.006), are allowed without a permit (section 80.007), or are allowed as a temporary sign not requiring a permit (subsection 80.015(c)), shall be installed until a sign permit has been obtained for the sign under the procedures of this Ordinance. The type, size, height, illumination, setback, and number of signs permitted shall be in conformance with standards set forth in this Ordinance.
