§ 80.001. Applicability.

This Ordinance shall be applicable to all signage of whatever type within the corporate limits of the Village of Godfrey. A sign may be erected, affixed, placed, painted, or otherwise established in the Village of Godfrey only in compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance, and any sign not expressly permitted by this Ordinance shall be deemed prohibited within the Village of Godfrey.
